What is prohibited is the use of vessels for wine to speed up its fermentation, and this prohibition has been abrogated. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, permitted the use of all vessels, and forbade every intoxicant. As for al-hantam, which are jars, this prohibition has also been abrogated.
