Is God's inspiration to Moses' mother and Mary a sign of their prophethood?

The majority of scholars hold that prophethood is exclusive to men. God's revelation to Moses' mother or His inspiration to the disciples does not indicate their prophethood, for revelation is more general than prophethood. It can be an innate or instinctual inspiration, or a dream. Likewise, the angels' addressing Mary does not indicate her prophethood, for angels may address those who are not prophets.
