Is the mother sinful if one of her children is accidentally burned while she is busy with household chores?

The mother must repent to Allah if she caused her child harm as a result of her negligence and dereliction in caring for her child, such as leaving him near fire or hot water. However, if there was no negligence, then there is no sin upon her.
