What is the ruling of Islamic law on providing needy individuals with entrusted medications without the knowledge of the direct supervisor, given that no financial compensation is received for this?

The employee is entrusted with their work, and therefore, it is not permissible for them to dispose of what is under their hand except within the specified limits. It is also not permissible for them to dispense medicines to patients who do not follow the established system. However, if the patient is in need or desperate for the medicine and cannot afford to buy it, then it is permissible to give them the medicine with the permission of the direct supervisor.
