Is "The most detestable of lawful things to Allah is divorce" a Hadith or not?

The narration revolves around "Ma'raf ibn Wasil" from "Muharib ibn Dithar" in two forms: one with a connected chain mentioning Ibn 'Umar (musnad), and one sent without mentioning him (mursal). The hadith scholars favored the mursal version because those who narrated it as mursal are more reliable and numerous than those who narrated it as musnad. The mursal hadith is a type of weak hadith, and it was preferred to believe that the one who narrated it as connected made a mistake or was deluded. The hadith also has a weak corroborating narration from Mu'adh ibn Jabal. Despite the preference for its lack of authenticity from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, its meaning is sound, because Allah dislikes divorce but did not forbid it, as an expansion for His servants.
