It is not permissible to accept this job and receive the salary, because you would be assisting the smaller company in deception, fraud, lies, and manipulation if what the larger company demands has no legitimate basis, or if it involves taking money without a rightful claim, even if the smaller company agrees to pay it. This is because it is not permissible to rent out one's certificate or employee name. The purpose of obliging companies to employ Saudis is to ensure their genuine employment so they can gain experience and earn a salary, not merely to register their names and pay their salaries without work. Young people must not be content with receiving salaries unjustly for fictitious jobs; rather, they should seek their livelihood through clear and pure means.
