What is the permissibility of the monthly salary earned from a fictitious remote job at a Saudi company, aimed at increasing the Saudization percentage of females, where no actual work performance is required, but merely achieving the target percentage?

It is not permissible for companies to circumvent regulations by registering the names of citizens and paying them salaries without assigning them actual work, merely to avoid employing a certain percentage of citizens. Companies must fulfill the agreed-upon conditions, for the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." Likewise, it is not permissible to cooperate with these companies in their deceit, for Allah Almighty says: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
