How is the inheritance distributed among the deceased's heirs, who are: one grandson (son of a son), one full brother, two daughters, and two granddaughters (daughters of a son)?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, then the two daughters receive two-thirds, and the remainder is divided among the son's son and the son's daughters, with the male receiving the share of two females. The full brother does not inherit due to the presence of a male lineal descendant. The estate is divided into 12 shares: 4 shares for each daughter, two shares for the son's son, and one share for each son's daughter.

It must be noted that inheritance matters are serious and complex, and a mere fatwa is insufficient. Rather, they must be referred to Sharia courts for a thorough investigation of the heirs, wills, debts, and other rights before the estate is divided.
