Is there any Shar'i (Islamic legal) evidence for a four-rak'ah prayer in which "Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad" (Say: He is Allah, the One) is recited two hundred times?

The prayer performed in the aforementioned manner has no legal evidence to support it, and acts of worship are based on divine injunction, meaning Allah is not to be worshipped except in the way He has legislated. Any act of worship for which there is no legal text is an innovation and is rejected, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever introduces into this matter of ours that which is not from it will have it rejected," and "Whoever performs an action which is not in accordance with our matter will have it rejected." Therefore, a Muslim should be keen for his deeds to be sincerely for Allah and in accordance with the Sunnah of His Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him. None of the Sunni jurists have deemed this prayer to be recommended.
