The answer

Looking at a fiancée through a picture without actually seeing her is deficient, as seeing her in person is more complete and is what the Sharia has ordained. And if you do not find your fiancée appealing, it does not mean that there is no good in marrying her, especially after performing Istikhara (prayer for guidance). Therefore, do not rush into divorce; rather, fulfill her rights, for you may be blessed with righteous children through her, and you may find in her good manners and obedience. Allah Almighty says: (And those who say, "Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us leaders for the righteous.") Houses are not built on love alone. If, in the end, you decide to divorce her, there is no sin in it, for divorce is permissible when there is a need for it, and disliked otherwise.
