What is the solution for someone who married a girl for her religiosity, but did not accept her appearance, then discovered other flaws in her, which made him not love her and neglect her in bed, and he fears God for not desiring her, even though she loves him, and he fears for her if he divorces her?

Allah commanded husbands to treat their wives with kindness, clarifying that if they dislike a trait in them, Allah might have placed much good in it. Patience with her may bring good in this world and the hereafter, just as outward beauty fades, while inner beauty remains.

Marriage is built on affection and mercy, not love alone. Its objectives are to protect one's chastity and build a righteous family.

A husband can keep his first wife while marrying another, either by giving her all her rights, or by agreeing with her to waive some of her rights. If this is not feasible, then divorce is the last option, provided she is given all her rights.
