Is it permissible to give Zakat on money to cover sewage costs for the poor, or to pay amounts to orphan care associations, and is Zakat obligatory on a car used for trade?

Zakat expenditures are restricted to eight categories, and the poor are one of them. It is obligatory to transfer ownership of Zakat to them, and it is not permissible to pay their installment on their behalf. An orphan is eligible for Zakat if he is poor. It is permissible to give Zakat to organizations that care for poor orphans, provided that these organizations are authorized to disburse it. A car intended for sale is subject to Zakat by valuing it annually. As for a car used for work and not for sale, there is no Zakat on it.
