Does the use of blessed water prepared by the mother without the seeker's request prevent entry into Paradise without reckoning or punishment?

The fact that someone else performs ruqya on you without your asking, or gives you water recited upon without your asking, does not prevent you from entering Paradise without reckoning. This is because al-istiraqa' (seeking ruqya) is the act of asking others for ruqya. Gabriel performed ruqya on the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed ruqya on others. The description of those who enter Paradise without reckoning is that "they do not seek ruqya from anyone" (لا يسترقون); this is due to the strength of their reliance on Allah, their souls' dignity preventing them from humbling themselves before anyone other than Allah, and to avoid attaching themselves to other than Allah.
