Does drinking ruqyah-recited water remove one from the description of "those who do not seek ruqyah," as mentioned in the Prophetic hadith, and what is the meaning of "taqdees" (sanctification/veneration)?

Seventy thousand from the Prophet's ﷺ Ummah will enter Paradise without reckoning. They are those who do not seek ruqyah (definition) (exorcism/spiritual healing), do not get cauterized, and do not practice tatayyur (superstitious omens), and upon their Lord they rely. Whoever seeks ruqyah misses the perfection of this rank, whereas whoever does not prevent the raqi (healer performing ruqyah) does not miss this perfection. "They do not seek istiqra (exorcism/spiritual healing)" has been interpreted to mean that they do not seek pre-Islamic ruqyah, while lawful ruqyah is permissible. Drinking water over which Qur'an has been recited does not deprive one of the virtue of the seventy thousand. As for taqdis, it means purification and exaltation. The meaning of Al-Quddus (The Holy) is Allah, Exalted be He, who is free from all imperfection.
