Who is the pilot?

Ja'far ibn Abi Talib was nicknamed "Ja'far al-Tayyar" (the flyer) or "Ja'far Dhu al-Janahayn" (the possessor of two wings) because he carried the banner in the Battle of Mu'tah after Zayd ibn Harithah was martyred. His hands were severed, so he held the banner with his upper arms until he was martyred.
