A severe warning has been issued for a wife who refuses without a legitimate excuse: "If a man calls his wife to his bed and she refuses to come, the angels curse her until morning." As for tayammum (dry ablution), it is permissible for her if she would be harmed by performing ghusl; otherwise, she must perform ghusl. It is forbidden for you to masturbate with anyone other than your wife, and her shortcomings do not justify it. Rather, you are permitted to marry another woman if you are able. It is advisable to communicate with your wife and explain your right, choose appropriate times, and if she falls short, follow the legitimate means of rectification with her.
