Is it permissible to obey parents in adjusting Arabic channels that contain indecent films if disobedience will lead to their anger?

If the parents command something that involves obedience to Allah, then it is obligatory to obey them. If they command the abandonment of something forbidden (haram), then that becomes obligatory from two perspectives; therefore, one who commits it (the haram) may be committing two sins. However, if they command an act of disobedience (maʿsiyah), it is not permissible to obey them, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "There is no obedience in disobedience to Allah; obedience is only in what is good (maʿruf)." It is always obligatory to treat them with kindness, even if they command an act of disobedience.
