What is the ruling on naming a Facebook group "An Hour for the Lord, and an Hour for the Heart," and does it involve any doubt?

If the intent of the phrase "an hour for you and an hour for your Lord" is to refresh oneself with permissible activities to strengthen one's ability to perform acts of obedience and diligence, then this is a correct and permissible meaning. This is supported by the hadith of Handhala, "an hour and an hour," in which the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, clarified the permissibility of sometimes pausing dhikr (remembrance of God) to attend to personal matters and avoid boredom. Ibn al-Jawzi and Ibn Uthaymeen have explained that the meaning is to dedicate an hour for worship and an hour for permissible activities and the rights of oneself and others, in order to balance one's inner state and give everyone their due rights. This meaning is further affirmed by the hadith of Salman and Abu al-Darda, where the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, endorsed Salman's statement: "Indeed, your Lord has a right over you, and your soul has a right over you, and your family has a right over you; so give each one who has a right his due."

Therefore, if the intent of using the phrase within a group is to spend a short time in permissible conversation to refresh oneself and strengthen one's ability for worship, there is no harm in that. However, if the intent is to equate hours of worship with hours of frivolity and play, or to use it to justify falling into forbidden acts, then this is impermissible, because a Muslim is required to avoid forbidden acts at all times.
