Is the aforementioned hadith regarding Allah Almighty's division of creation, angels, and human beings authentic or weak?

The narration reported from Abdullah ibn Amr concerning the division of creation is weak because it is mawquf (stopped at him) and it is known that he used to take from the People of the Book. Furthermore, the fundamental principle is that such matters should not be open to personal interpretation. And with regard to such unseen matters, one should refrain from asserting them unless religious texts confirm or deny them.
