What is incumbent upon one who was afflicted by an accident and remained in a coma during the month of Ramadan, then recovered, regarding making up for the fasting and prayers?

If a man's mind is absent for a long period due to a shock, and this period includes the month of Ramadan, he is not required to make up for the fasting and prayers of that period because he is not held accountable.
