Is it permissible for a Muslim woman to embrace her husband's non-Muslim female relatives?

There is no religious impediment to shaking hands with and embracing the husband's non-Muslim female relatives when there is a need, especially if it is after a long absence or with the intention of winning their hearts for the sake of inviting them to Allah. It may be better if this is customary, and the default is merely shaking hands.
