Is it permissible for a teacher residing in Makkah to leave it and then return with the intention of performing Hajj, without entering into a state of ihram from the miqat, and suffice with entering into ihram on the Day of Arafah?

If a Meccan passes the Miqat intending to perform a ritual (Nusuk) while returning to Mecca, he must enter into Ihram from the Miqat and not pass it without Ihram. If he passes the Miqat without Ihram, he must return to it to enter into Ihram from there. If he enters into Ihram after passing it, he must offer a sacrifice (Dam) by slaughtering an animal in Mecca and distributing its meat to the poor there.
