What should a Muslim man do who lives in a non-Muslim country and wishes to marry a Christian woman who has converted to Islam, but cannot find anyone to solemnize their marriage?

It is permissible for a Muslim man to marry a chaste woman from the People of the Book (Jewish or Christian), provided certain conditions are met: that she is from the People of the Book and not an atheist, that she is chaste, that she is not hostile towards Islam, and that marrying her does not lead to the Muslim man being tempted in his religion. If she is Christian, her non-Muslim guardian conducts the marriage contract, unless he objects on the grounds that the husband is Muslim, in which case the guardianship transfers. However, if she embraces Islam, she must appoint a Muslim man to solemnize her marriage in the presence of two witnesses, and her non-Muslim guardian is not permitted to marry her off. It is advisable to delay marriage until the woman embraces Islam and her good adherence to Islam becomes evident.
