What is the expiation for someone whom a foreign woman caressed until he ejaculated without penetration twice during a Ramadan day, knowing that he ate in one instance but not in the other? And is it sufficient for him to feed the poor instead of the lengthy fasting in a foreign country?

The man must repent to Allah Almighty for what he did, and you must make up the two days in which ejaculation occurred, because the fast was invalidated on those days. He is not required to fast for two consecutive months or to feed [the poor], because expiation is only obligatory for intercourse, according to the more sound opinion.
