Is it permissible to sexually abandon one's wife after her repeated pregnancies against the husband's will and her deception of him, knowing that he used to have intercourse with her to please Allah and to avoid the prohibition of abandonment?

Spouses must live together in kindness. This includes the husband ensuring his wife's chastity, and procreation is a shared right of both spouses. The husband does not have the right to prevent his wife from procreating, and there is no blame on her for refusing to take birth control pills. He is not permitted to punish her by abandoning her. The wife erred by lying, and the husband might have compelled her to do so. Marrying another woman is permissible, provided there is justice. The marital relationship is based on affection, good companionship, understanding, patience, overlooking faults, and focusing on the good aspects of the other party's character.
