Is it permissible or forbidden to use books containing talismans and incantations that employ Quranic verses, such as "Ibn al-Haj al-Kabir" and "Shams al-Ma'arif al-Kubra," and is this from the Sunnah?

We have previously discussed the book "Shams al-Ma'arif". As for Ibn al-Hajj, he authored numerous books, including: "Shumus al-Anwar wa Kunuz al-Asrar", "Bulugh al-Qasd wa al-Muna fi Khawas Asma' Allah al-Husna", and "Al-Madkhal ila Tanmiyat al-A'mal bi Tahsin al-Niyyat wa al-Tanbih 'ala Ba'd al-Bida' wa al-'Awa'id". Ibn al-Hajj became renowned for his book "Al-Madkhal", about which Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar said: "It contains many benefits, in which he uncovered misfortunes and innovations practiced by people."
