Would the inquirer's intended action of leaving his wife for her work and moving to live near his parents be considered righteous and obedient to them, given that he has not yet found a job in his home country and is considering giving up a percentage of his current job, all for the sake of honoring his parents and caring for his disabled siblings?

Allah Almighty has coupled the obligation of worshipping Him with the obligation of honoring one's parents in many verses, among them: "And [recall] when We took the covenant from the Children of Israel, [saying], 'Do not worship except Allah; and to parents, good treatment.'" Therefore, fulfilling your father's command to move in with him and live with him to help him and care for your disabled sisters is the correct action, as long as there is sustenance available for you, even if you find it difficult. Strive to find work there, and be certain that Allah will compensate you with good, for He is appreciative and accepts righteous deeds and rewards for them.
