Is it permissible to work for a company that manufactures and sells glass beads (fusoos) which are used for both permissible (halal) and impermissible (haram) purposes, if the nature of the work involves organizing internal procedures and monitoring sales?

There is no objection to working in the aforementioned job, and it is not forbidden to sell what is not exclusive to the forbidden, such as selling grapes and planting them, or selling silk, as these are means that may be used in the forbidden or the permissible. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, traded with the Jews, even though they consumed usury and illicit gain. Not every pretext must be blocked; rather, there are pretexts that are unanimously agreed not to be prohibited, such as cultivating grapes and living in close proximity to houses. As long as the predominant use is not for the forbidden, or it is not highly probable that the one acquiring it intends it for the forbidden, then its sale or production is not prohibited. And whoever uses it for the forbidden, their sin is upon them.
