What is the ruling on taking money in exchange for modifying professions or transferring sponsorships for those who do not deserve it, and what should be done with the money earned from that? And is the income from men's and women's barber shops, and massage parlors and Moroccan baths for men, permissible or forbidden?

Changing professions for money from workers is a forbidden bribe (rishwah), for a bribe is the payment of money to invalidate a right or to establish a falsehood. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the briber and the bribed.

Whatever was taken from this money is ill-gotten gain. Whatever remains of it should be given to the poor and needy and not returned to the payer, so that he does not combine both the compensation and the compensated.

Opening a barbershop or a massage parlor for men is permissible if the Sharia-compliant regulations are observed.
