What is the ruling on money earned from participating in a barbershop for men, knowing that the profession is not devoid of Sharia transgressions such as shaving beards and forbidden hairstyles?

There is no harm in two people sharing capital and labor, provided that the profit is distributed between them according to their agreement, and that the work is permissible. However, if the work of the aforementioned company includes both permissible and impermissible activities, such as shaving beards and impermissible Western haircuts, then it is not permissible for the working partner to perform these, nor for the second partner to authorize them. They must immediately cease the forbidden acts. Any earnings resulting from the forbidden shaving should be given as charity to charitable causes.
