Is it permissible to open a men's barbershop, knowing that some men have their eyebrows and faces done with threading, and can some money from it be given as charity if its opener does not do the shaving himself?

There is no harm in opening a men's barbershop, provided that its owner and workers adhere to what is permissible by Islamic law. Thus, it is forbidden to cut hair in styles that resemble disbelievers or transgressors, and plucking eyebrows (al-Nams) is forbidden. Similarly, shaving beards is not permissible, due to the hadith: "Let the beards grow." The owner of the shop is responsible for these violations.
