The cure for leprosy is not exclusive to Jesus (peace be upon him), as its treatment has been observed in the past and is seen now, as happened to the boy of the Ditch (Aṣḥāb al-Ukhdūd) and Uways al-Qarani. This falls under the general meaning of the : "Allah has not sent down a disease except that He has sent down a cure for it." As for Jesus's exclusivity, it was by mere supplication.
