Is it permissible for one man to marry the two daughters of a man who has two wives?

If the two girls are sisters, it is impermissible to marry both of them [to the same man], whether they are full sisters, paternal sisters, or maternal sisters, based on His (the Almighty's) saying: "And that you take [in marriage] two sisters simultaneously, except for what has already occurred. Indeed, Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful."
