Is it permissible for someone who remembers not having said "Subhanallah" (glorified be Allah) while starting to rise from rukoo‘ (bowing) to return and say it, and should they perform sujood as-sahw (prostration of forgetfulness)?

If a worshiper forgets the glorification (tasbih) in bowing (ruku') and remembers it at the beginning of rising from it, before standing upright, he should return to the bowing position and perform the glorification. He is not required to perform the prostration of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw) in this case.
