Is it permissible to feed a brother who does not pray, nor fast, nor honor his parents, and practices sodomy and drinks alcohol, and to spend on him? And is it permissible to recite ruqyah and anoint affected areas with oil over which ruqyah has been recited for followers of heavenly books, such as Christians, for the purpose of healing?
