What is the ruling of the Sharia on finding ways to reduce the commission of the smart transport company, which has reached 36%, due to its impact on profit after expenses of fuel and car maintenance, given the desire for lawful earnings and avoidance of doubts?

The contract is the law between the contracting parties, and its conditions must be adhered to unless they violate the Sharia; as Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and "O you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence]," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." If the method mentioned violates the terms of the contract or involves deception of the company, then it is not permissible. The questioner's need for money or low profit does not justify it. Rather, he must fulfill the terms of the contract or strive to amend or change it.
