What is the ruling of Islamic law on one who wiped his penis with a paper on which "Bismillah" (In the name of Allah) was written, while he was unaware of it, and is he considered an infidel, and what is he advised to do?

Congratulate the questioner on his commitment and uprightness, and advise him to cast away sadness and worry, for what he did was not intentional, and the sin is lifted from him because of the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Indeed, Allah has pardoned for my nation their mistakes, their forgetfulness, and what they are forced to do."
