Is it permissible to perform prayer in a bus used by Christians and entered by dogs?

The passage of a dog or its lying down in a particular spot does not prevent one from praying there, unless its saliva, urine, excrement, or sweat touches the place. If these impurities are removed by the sun, wind, or transformation (istihalah), then jurists differ regarding the purity of the place. If you act upon the opinion that deems it pure and pray, there is no harm, as it is authentically reported that dogs used to come and go and urinate in the Mosque of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, and they (the Companions) did not sprinkle anything (to purify it). If the impurity had remained, it would have been obligatory to wash it. One can carry a prayer mat to pray upon, as a precaution. This is all while observing the direction of the Qiblah and fulfilling the pillars of prayer.
