Is the wife considered sinful if she leaves her husband, who lives abroad, to return to her teenage daughter who is suffering from psychological and academic problems, especially since the husband does not provide for her, commits forbidden acts, and refuses to return the money she borrowed from him?

It is impermissible for a woman to leave her husband's home or travel without his permission. The custody of her daughter, at her age, belongs to her father if he is fit; otherwise, it transfers to the next of kin among the asabat (male agnates). The mother's right to custody is forfeited upon her marriage.

The husband should be advised kindly regarding his watching of immoral films and the impermissibility of anal intercourse.

As for his negligence in prayer, if he does not respond and insists on abandoning it, there is no good in remaining with his company. The wife has no right to maintenance for that period due to her nushuz (disobedience/rebellion), but the husband must return the amount he took as a loan.
