Is the wife considered sinful and blameworthy if she leaves her husband's home due to not feeling affection, respect, and appreciation, and due to her husband's ill-treatment, humiliation, and indifference towards her? And is she entitled to seek a divorce and obtain her rights, knowing that he forsakes her in bed, requests anal intercourse, does not observe prayers, denies the applicability of Islam to every time and place, and shows hypocrisy in performing acts of worship?

A wife must begin by addressing her husband's belief that Islam is not suitable for all times and places. This belief is dangerous and leads to apostasy. If he does not repent from it, she should not remain with him.

Similarly, abandoning prayer is a grave sin, and some scholars consider one who abandons it to be a disbeliever. There is no good in a wife remaining with a husband who abandons prayer, and it is better for her to seek a divorce from him, even if it requires compensation.

Whoever abandons his wife and abstains from conjugal relations with her for a long period is neglecting her rights, and she has the right to seek a divorce due to harm. A wife is not permitted to leave the house without her husband's permission unless there is a necessity. She is not obligated, according to Islamic law, to accept the residence of her husband's child from another wife in her home, except in specific cases.
