What is the ruling on the fluid that exits the anus as a result of hemorrhoid disease, is it impure, and what is the ruling on it touching clothes and places where the afflicted person sits?

We advise you to be patient so you may attain the reward of the patient ones, for Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without account," and because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were a prick of a thorn, but Allah expiates some of his sins thereby."

It is obligatory to remove the impurity of blood from clothes and the body, and it makes no difference if it mixes with sweat. If its removal is difficult, it is excused, for Allah Almighty says: "And He has not placed upon you in religion any difficulty."
