Is it permissible to perfume oneself with alcohol in which perfume has been dissolved, if the alcohol is of the poisonous and non-intoxicating type?

Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz was asked about the ruling on perfuming oneself with musk extracted from a deer, and he replied that it is permissible, and he sees no impediment to it.
