What is the interpretation of the repeated failure to complete the engagement after the legitimate viewing, and what are the reasons for that?

Do not be concerned about some suitors turning away from you, for everything is by divine decree and destiny. Perhaps that was good for you, as Allah the Almighty said: "But perhaps you hate a thing and Allah puts much good in it" and "But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah knows, while you know not." This might be a test from Allah to see your patience and contentment with His decree. So, rejoice in what pleases you and be content with the decree of your Lord. We advise you to fear Allah and perform righteous deeds, for they bring good and ward off calamities, as stated in His saying: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out and will provide for him from where he does not expect." Beware of sins, for they are a cause of disappointment.
