Does the repeated failure to complete an engagement mean that the girl is bewitched or supernaturally bound from marriage?

Legal Ruqyah and supplication are means by which a servant can be rid of all evils. So, make abundant supplication and have a good opinion of Allah Almighty, and be certain of His response to whoever supplicates Him with a present heart and humility, especially if one seeks the hours of response and supplicates with the Greatest Name, and with the supplication of Yunus (peace be upon him). Give abundant charity and supplicate for well-being, and adhere to the prescribed remembrances and incantations morning and evening, upon sleeping, and upon entering and exiting the home. Do not accuse anyone of witchcraft without clear evidence.
