Is it true that Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah holds the view that combining two prayers is temporal, such that a long interval can separate them, and is it permissible for me to separate the two prayers by a period of up to half an hour or an hour when combining due to سلس ( سلس البول: urinary incontinence, سلس الريح: continuous passing of wind, etc.), as long as the time for the first obligatory prayer has not expired?

Ibn Taymiyyah does not stipulate muwalat (succession/contiguity) between the two prayers in jam' al-taqdim (combining prayers by performing the second prayer at the time of the first), and this is also a view among the Shafi'is.
