The answer

Satan is keen to corrupt a Muslim's worship through whispers (waswasah). To overcome this, a Muslim must seek refuge in Allah and adhere to Islamic rulings. If the doubt is not due to waswasah, then it should be based on the minimum. If it is a waswasi doubt, then it should be ignored and disregarded. If the whispers do not cease until they overwhelm the Muslim, then this is obsessive-compulsive waswasah. It is treated with (Islamic exorcism) and permissible medications. There is no sin upon the afflicted person if what they cannot repel occurs through their limbs.
