Is saying "the Quran says" instead of "Allah says" or "Allah commanded," when referring to verses or commands in the Holy Quran, considered disbelief (kufr) or attributing Allah's words to other than Him?

There is no objection to saying: "The Quran says such and such," followed by a quotation from the Quran. This is because the meaning is clear, indicating "it is stated in the Quran such and such," and this expression is commonly used by scholars such as Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, Ibn al-Qayyim, Rashid Rida, al-Tahir Ibn Ashour, al-Albani, and Ibn Uthaymeen.
