What is the legal ruling concerning the adoption of a child, taking into account the existence of procedural obstacles that prevent the child from being in the possession of the female questioner without being registered in her and her husband's names?

Sponsoring an orphan is a great act of devotion. However, adoption is forbidden, as Allah Almighty says: "Nor has He made your adopted sons your [real] sons." And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "No man claims to be the son of other than his father, while he knows him to be so, except that he has disbelieved." It is not permissible to attribute the orphan to your husband due to the harms that would result from it, such as inheritance. If sponsorship is not possible except through adoption, then patience and awaiting relief are more befitting.
