What is the ruling on using recycled wastewater that has been completely purified from impurities for customs and acts of worship, such as drinking, eating, ablution (wudu'), ritual bathing (ghusl), and all other forms of purification, knowing that it is purer than well water?

If it is possible to purify ritually impure water from the effects of impurity (taste, color, and odor), then it is permissible to use it for ritual purification (taharah (definition)), and for eating and drinking if its freedom from harm is confirmed. This is because a large quantity of water that has been altered by impurity becomes pure again when its alteration ceases, whether by itself, or by adding pure water, or by a prolonged period of time. Thus, the ruling ceases when its underlying cause ceases.
