Is it obligatory to pray Dhuhr before the 'Asr call to prayer while Wady (a white discharge) continues to exit, or is it permissible to delay it until after the 'Asr call to prayer once it has stopped? Does this apply to the Maghrib and 'Isha prayers, or is it possible to intend to combine them with a delayed prayer?

Being outside the home is not an excuse for missing a prayer, and one must hasten to perform it when its time arrives. If time becomes short due to answering the call of nature, one must wait until the cessation of the impurity, then perform ablution (wudu') and pray, because maintaining purity is more important than maintaining the time, according to the majority of scholars. If answering the call of nature or the continuity of the impurity consumes all the time, then the person takes the ruling of one with chronic incontinence (sahib al-salas). The default is to perform every prayer within its appointed time unless there is an excuse. The Hanbalis have permitted combining prayers for one with chronic incontinence. Some scholars have permitted combining prayers in a city (hadar) generally for a need, based on the hadith of Ibn Abbas, provided it does not become a habit. The default is to maintain prayer within its time, but there is no harm in combining prayers for chronic incontinence or need, acting upon the hadith of Ibn Abbas and following those who hold this view. When combining prayers, it is permissible to perform them early (taqdim) or delay them (ta'khir), and this applies to Dhuhr and Asr, and Maghrib and Isha.
